Cannot find character

It does happen that your character is not found. This can be due to a few reasons:

Your Character is not public

Go to yourBlizzard - Account settings. Scroll down to Game Data and Profile Privacy and enable Share my game data with community developers.

Wrong region selected

Sometimes, swapping between the regions can fix the issue. Make sure you have the correct region.

Skip the Character search

Fortunately, There is a last resort. You can manually enter your character url. Go to your character in the official Blizzard - EU Armory or Blizzard - US Armory and copy the url down below:Go to character
